Kawai Japan has officially released the English version of its "Kawai Report 2025 Sustainability," providing a detailed look into the company's long-term vision, its newly established corporate philosophy, and its comprehensive sustainability initiatives.
This year's report introduces two significant strategic updates: the "KAWAI Philosophy" and the "KAWAI Ten-Year Plan." The new philosophy centres on the mission to "Let your life resound," aiming to enrich people's daily lives through music. The Ten-Year Plan, an ambitious long-term management strategy, outlines the company's goals through to 2035.
Alongside these strategic frameworks, the report details Kawai's ongoing commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and its alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also features a message from Kawai's President & CEO, Kentaro Kawai, who elaborates on the company's direction ahead of its 100th anniversary in 2027.
