Which damper pedals/pedal units are compatible with my Kawai digital piano?
A.
Kawai digital pianos are typically designed to be used with the damper pedal unit that is included with the instrument. However, some instruments are able to use different Kawai pedals.
The table below lists the various Kawai instruments that use external pedals, whether or not the instrument supports half-pedal functionality, and the different pedal units that can be used. The 'i' character indicates that the pedal unit is included with the instrument.
Please note that some of the pedals listed are no longer in production, and may therefore be unavailable to purchase from Kawai retailers.
