There are scratches on the display of my brand new Kawai digital/hybrid piano, what should I do?

Please note that Kawai digital/hybrid pianos that feature a display are manufactured with a protective film attached to the screen.

This protective film should be removed after purchasing the instrument. However, in some cases it may be difficult to see that a protective film is attached, giving the impression that the display itself is discoloured or scratched.

If you notice what appear to be scratches on the display of a newly purchased Kawai digital/hybrid piano, please check closely and gently remove the protective film from the screen. You should find that removing this film reveals a clear, unblemished display.
