Is it possible to add the ATX or AURES system to my existing Kawai upright or grand piano?

Upright pianos

Kawai Japan does offer the option to retrofit the ATX system to an existing Kawai upright piano, however this service is only available to domestic customers. Unfortunately, Kawai Japan does not offer the retrofit ATX option to customers living outside of Japan.

It is not possible to retrofit the AURES system to an existing upright piano. The AURES system must be installed at the factory when the instrument is produced.

Grand pianos

Kawai Japan does not offer the option to retrofit the ATX or AURES systems to an existing Kawai grand piano. These systems must be installed at the factory when the instrument is produced.
